Responsibilities

Recognized expert within the company, who designs, researches and develops highly advanced applications, which may result in new product/business opportunities for the company. Leads efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings. 

 

The ISSE supports the Engineer Group, assisting with implementation of the customer-level security policies, procedures, and accreditations. Skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement systems to meet cybersecurity policy and regulations
  • Utilize cybersecurity tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks
  • Integrate secure practices such as PKI integration, IdAM, multi-factor authentication, service-oriented architectures, and network or web related protocols​
  • Apply NIST security controls, governance, risk management, compliance security documentation tools, and the RMF
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10
  • 3+ years of experience in working Cybersecurity Engineering for DoD or Commercial Space
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired:

  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. Arcfield ’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections. Min: $140,109.31 Max: $243,622.92
