Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for SIEM integrations, security metrics and alerting configuration within our SOC platform, assisting with internal IT support, managing frameworks for integrating security controls, maintaining security services on AWS, managing projects related to maintaining and improving the security posture of the company, and investigating / auditing security events.
Job Responsibilities: 
SIEM integrations, metrics & alerting configuration for SOC platformAssist in maintaining security controls for SOC 2 Type 2 complianceInternal IT support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesMaintain security services on AWS using Terraform, including setting up and monitoring security groups, network access control lists, and identity and access managementManage projects related to maintaining and improving the security posture of the company, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into business processes and projectsStay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends to identify opportunities to enhance the organization's security postureHelp manage IT Support infrastructure using JIRA Service Management.

Job Requirements:
Crowdstrike Logscale and Falcon experience highly preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in IT and Security rolesStrong knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST 800-53, and CIS. NIST 800-53 preferredExperience with AWS security services, including IAM, S3, EC2, WAF, Cloudtrail, Guardduty, AWS Inspector, AWS Config, and Control TowerFamiliarity with tools such as Veracode or Datadog, Snowflake, Confluence, JIRA, and GRC applicationsExperience managing risk assessments and tasks associated with remediationKnowledge of integrating SSO and SCIM (Okta preferred)One or more certifications in AWS, CISSP or equivalentStrong project management skills and experience leading security-related projectsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsDeveloping SIEM integrations and ability to work with engineering teams to develop security features for our productIf you are passionate about IT and Security and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
