About the Role:
We are looking for someone who has that mix of operational prowess to get great work done, the steel to operate in the time sensitive world of breach remediation, the hustle to build a business, the collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from partners, and innovation and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions. Strategy, marketing, program management, marketplace efficiency, account management, client success, internal product development, and customer experience all sit under or interact with the Cyber/Breach Director broad umbrella of responsibilities.
Day to Day:
- Serve as Business Owner for Breach/Cyber Solutions team driving operations, logistics, workflow and efficiency.
- Assume all responsibilities as key operational lead for all assigned programs leading breach partners through contracting, setup, onboarding, training and solution adoption process. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives. Drive client satisfaction by delivering flawless execution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline operations supporting Pango Group’s Cyber/Breach program. Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity and scale objectives.
- Oversee revenue generation for assigned programs to ensure program revenue metrics are met.
- Track and manage renewal and conversion rates for existing and future programs to meet established revenue goals. Identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Negotiate and execute contracts and pricing across our Breach/Cyber business ensuring profitability and compliance.
What you bring to the table:
- 7+ years of program management, project management or operations experience - experience within the Cyber and/or Data Breach industry whether in Settlement Administration or Cyber insurance a plus.
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities in a fast paced, creative environment.
