Security Specialist – Professional Services
This is an exciting opportunity for a Security Specialist at Ivalua. You will play a key role in the Security team within the Professional Services organization in creating and automating queries that look for vulnerabilities in our application. The goal is to mitigate any potential vulnerabilities during the build process following OWASP guidelines and best practices.

About the Team:
You will be part of the Professional Services Team whose mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) to review and provide guidance / recommendation to meet specific business requirements.
- Attend meetings and proactively engage in discussion of vulnerabilities to determine the validity of the finding and mitigation plan.
- Responsible for patch management and bug fixing of the web application based on vulnerabilities found
- Proactively review existing projects application to facilitate and support in mitigation of any vulnerabilities.
- Respond to application owners and support the understanding of the issues by being the facilitator between all stakeholders.
- Open and track tickets until closure according to policy timelines (high rating and critical rating vulnerability), including capturing the relevant information in the ticket and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve the vulnerabilities.
- Preparation of metrics using data visualization tools to track the progress of all project applications vulnerabilities and maintain compliance throughout.
- Participate to security audits for our Customers and security process audit for Professional Services and Partners.
- Build tools to anticipate any security issues and socialize the tools to the Professional Services team and Partner community
Skills You Need to Succeed:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes, C# and .NET
- Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving ability
- Expertise includes track and manage numerous parallel activities
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement is a plus
- Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with executives.
- You will go through Ivalua’s certification process to learn the Product.
Preferred Education:
BS/BA degree in Procurement, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
