Qualifications

Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsabilities

• Create or Co/create project charters with business, helping to drive first solutioning directions, high level estimate and cost overview (with support of platforms). Engage with clients to drive change implementation and continuous improvement.

• Overseeing IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the business needs.

• Provide process expertise in order to challenge, support, enable and improve business processes 

• Identify changing business needs that might lead to the requirement for change or improvements to processes in a domain 

• Contribute to the implementation of the strategic direction for each of the process areas together with regional stakeholders 

• Support the early idea and design phases of regional and global projects  

• Support the implementation of the framework through which the Design Authority teams assess compliance with the global process standards  

• Work with the IT LT to establish annual or periodic processes for project portfolio, IT budgeting, business architecture, technology identification, technology sourcing, people and skills development and other IT support activities. 

• Support the delivery of the regional IT portfolio with an agile and engaged IT delivery capability in collaboration with territory IT Leaders. 

• Point of escalation for incidents for all the IT streams 

• Local change requests management for all the IT streams

It is indispensable for this position:

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science. MBA, or other relevant educational experience.

• Engages and involves the listener by attending to their expressed concerns and needs 

• Ability to work across boundaries 

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications 

• Good understanding of technology/ systems/architecture/cost related to delivery & support of services 

• Good understanding of IT service framework and delivery, preferably process disciplines like ITIL 

• In-depth understanding of related /dependent IT services and impacts, working as a team to resolve and improve service delivery (end-to-end) 

• Advanced English (mandatory)
