YOU·        You are responsible, agile, leading and fun. (Hint: these are Fluence’s core values, and we mean it. Seriously.)·        You have an educational background in law, IT or business (at least bachelor's or comparable degree) and understand the technical aspects of privacy law in multiple jurisdictions.·        You are passionate for data protection management combined with a pragmatic, but qualified work style.·        You have a great interest in the still evolving requirements of data protection in an international environment (incl. international privacy laws) and in Technology. ·        You have a hands-on mentality: You pull together the documents needed, set up the structures and manage the activities required to maintain a sound and stable data protection environment.·        You read legalese fluently, but you never, ever speak legalese.  You enjoy boring your friends and family with your knowledge of privacy matters that come up in the life of an international group of companies.·        You are self-organized, proactive, hands-on, and able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team but also independently if required.  ·        You have excellent judgment, both in business and interpersonal matters, except you like lawyers.  You can win the day for your client, and the other side thinks you’re awesome.  People sometimes tell you “Wow, I didn’t know data privacy could be cool.”·        Ideally, you have some working experience in an international company.  If your experience comes from the renewable energy or energy storage sector, we might think you are very fancy indeed.·        You have impeccable ethics and a commitment to compliance and safety. (We don’t make jokes about compliance or safety.)·        You exude strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to interact with a wide variety of international individuals.
