As a Cyber Business Transformation Change Analyst you’ll support business change within the NGET Cyber Transformation Portfolio, equipping the business with the insight to ensure the implemented controls are embedded into the business effectively and efficiently. 

 

You’ll support the delivery of the NGET Cyber training framework, providing the skills and knowledge to embed the cyber controls, ensuring compliance with the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) principles. Embedding a positive security culture across NGET, you’ll ensure people are aware of their role in maintaining cyber security, mitigating risks against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.  

 

Helping to mitigate risks by increasing current awareness across NGET around Cyber threats and vulnerabilities, you’ll ensure the business has the required capabilities to embed cyber security principles. 

 

In addition, creating and leading on Cyber communication plans across NGET, managing timelines and budgets for training delivery, and maintaining a positive relationship with Security ensuring we are collaboratively working together to manage NGET cyber risks and compliance are all key aspects of the role.  

 

You’ll be required onsite at our offices in Warwick 2 days per week and this can be combined with hybrid working from home. 

 

 

What you'll need

 

 

With experience of delivering business change activities as part of a major change and transformation programme, you’ll ideally have an understanding of IT cyber security. 

 

You’ll be familiar with Business Change frameworks and have practical experience delivering change management interventions across a change portfolio.  This will include assessing the impact of changes and development and deployment of plans following defined change management governance and methodology to enable successful adoption. 

 

Strong stakeholder management and engagement around business change, governance and benefits management is key as are analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation. 

 

You’ll have the ability to work across workstreams and delivery units, building relationships with key stakeholders.  In addition, you’ll be passionate about the successful delivery of Cyber Security controls, advocating Cyber Security and be able to influence stakeholders in the importance of business change and portfolio management.
