We are seeking a Senior Engineer - Cloud Security for FA Bangalore location.

What You'll Do 
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer - A Senior Engineer, Cloud Security partners with appropriate business stakeholders to plan, implement and support security toolsets in support of cloud infrastructure and systems. The Cloud Security Engineer provides cyber security expertise in the analysis, assessment, development, and evaluation of security solutions and architectures to secure applications, operating systems, databases, and networks. Additionally, the Cloud Security Engineer assists in the development of cyber security requirements, conducts security risk assessments, evaluates security services and technologies, and reviews and documents information security policies and procedures as well as provides monitoring and oversight for alerts in this environment. This position is responsible for collaborating with IT infrastructure leadership on architectural design in addition to providing the implementation and post - delivery support of cloud security integrations.

What You May Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Discipline or equivalent experience 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Security and/or security engineering experience, Demonstrated knowledge and skill with Microsoft cloud security solutions and services such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity and Sentinel.  
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, SSO and Microsoft Purview capabilities.
• Experience with KQL queries, Attack Simulation services, on-premises Microsoft security solutions including Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server and Active Directory as well as third party solutions used to protect hosts.
• Strong understanding of high-availability solutions and architecture 
• Scripting experience in shells and Python 
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy IT infrastructure projects. 
• Expert knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, security architectures, and standards 
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability plans and best practices. 
• Security certification desired (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CEH, etc) 
• Ability to manage priorities and tasks in order to meet deadlines and accomplish goals 
  Demonstrated ability in defining and implementing process improvements with a focus on leading edge technology. Strong communication skills for gaining understanding, support and compliance from both executive and junior audiences. Strong collaboration skills.  Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions.  Customer focused individual who must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and effectively collaborate across teams.
