Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Policy and Process Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive cybersecurity policies in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools, particularly ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and articulate cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are effectively communicated, understood, and implemented across the organization.

3. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

4. Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats, trends, and regulatory changes to ensure policies remain current and effective.

5. Lead the implementation and integration of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools, with a focus on ServiceNow.

6. Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the seamless integration of cybersecurity policies and processes into daily operations.

7. Provide guidance and training to staff on cybersecurity best practices, policies, and procedures.

8. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate cybersecurity audits and assessments.

9. Monitor and report on key cybersecurity metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

10. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.The       ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience and will be responsible for developing, implementing,     and maintaining comprehensive cybersecurity policies in accordance with industry standards and best         practices.

2. Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, ideally in a leadership role.

3. In-depth knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, etc.

4. Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts, with hands-on experience in implementing tools like ServiceNow.

5. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.

6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
