Role Overview
You will be joining the Service Operations team within Cyber Risk in our Reporting & Business Intelligence function. Within this role, you will be responsible for developing reports & dashboards using various data sources within Power BI and maintaining & improving existing reporting/dashboards.
Responsibilities
Kroll, the award-winning provider of managed security services, is seeking an individual to drive Operations Reporting within the Service Operations team:
- Deliver customer reports adhering to reporting SLAs
- Maintenance & delivery of existing internal reporting to meet KPIs
- Working within internal stakeholders to understand business intelligence/internal reporting requirements & development of Power BI reporting & dashboards
- Development and maintenance of existing dashboards
- Development of documentation related to report creation/delivery
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience developing Power BI reports via Power BI Desktop
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate qualification
- Experience with Power BI data handling and manipulation using Power Query & DAX
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of numeracy
- The ability to multi-task and work to KPIs within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in fast-paced managed service provider environments
Desirable:
- Experience within a cyber security environment
- Experience working with Jira Service Management, particularly the Insight add-on/functionality
