IT Security GRC Analyst (AU FMCG, Office-Based)

Salary: P120,000-160,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM- 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• A bachelor's degree and technical expertise in one or more of the key areas (policy formation, legislative research, risk management, etc.), preferably within a recognized framework
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global IT Security GRC activities
• Experience working in a SOX program environment or a similar auditing framework program.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Visio.
• Familiarity with standard business practices and IT audits, controls, and compliance
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, planning, and organization

Nice to Have:

• Hold certifications in IT Security and/or GRC.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical writing.
• Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, and/or supply chain environments.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to negotiate successful outcomes across teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as a keen attention for detail.

What will you do?

• Support the Risk and Compliance function by completing quality reviews for IT resources and assessment tools.
• Perform monitoring of IT general controls at various levels.
• Ensure accurate process documentation and complete program communications.
• Coordinate with control owners for active management and testing.
• Assist with auditing, controls training, and maintain a close partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and process documentation.
• Own and maintain IT risk register.
• Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
• Perform control testing aligned to company IT General Controls.
• Provide advice and collaborate with departmental projects regarding security practices.
• Implement and maintain methods for data extraction and analysis.
• Work with business and technical owners to map processes and document requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to the security, risk, and compliance team.
• Remediate non-compliant conditions in a timely manner.
• Participate in SOX IT projects to ensure compliance.
• Support the Technology team in additional activities as needed.
