Anduril is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Test Engineer to join our Test and Evaluation team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing comprehensive test plans for our EW products, working closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure our systems are robust and reliable against a variety of RF link types.

The Test Engineering team works across the entire spectrum of products ranging from Lattice Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower, cUAS and our other platforms. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new aircraft development, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test we support it. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement test strategies for EW systems, ensuring alignment with design specifications and operational requirements.
  • Conduct hands-on testing of EW components, subsystems, and full systems in simulated and live environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze test results, identify performance trends, and recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
  • Manage the use of test ranges and coordinate with external agencies to facilitate testing activities.
  • Ensure the safe operation and rigorous evaluation of all EW testing efforts.
  • Create detailed test documentation, including procedures, results, and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate best practices and continuous improvement into the testing lifecycle of EW products.
  • Support the EW product team in understanding system capabilities and limitations in various operational scenarios.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on electronic warfare or RF systems.
  • Proficient understanding of electronic warfare principles and RF communications.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans for complex defense systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
  • Active Top Secret U.S. security clearance.
  • Familiarity with government testing protocols and regulations.
  • Previous expertise and working knowledge of the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules and regulations thereof
  • Ability to travel as required for planning and testing
  • Familiarity with government testing and protocols

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Direct experience with EW system design or deployment.
  • Knowledge of advanced RF testing techniques, test equipment, and analysis of collected data.
  • Previous DoD/IC experience
  • Experience in C++, Python, or other programming languages
US Salary Range$100,000—$170,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
