EBS Security Analyst - Intermediate

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented team member to join our Enterprise Business Solutions Team to administer and supports security across our Oracle Cloud, UKG Pro, Salesforce, and 30+ applications across the organization. This role will be responsible for reviewing segregation of duty violations and implementing resolutions to resolve, expand/maintain/support role-based access across all applications, reviewing/fulfilling daily access requests, supporting environment refreshes, implementing new application/security enhancements, monitoring My Oracle Support service requests and documenting/performing all security related application audits. As a Security Administrator, you will provide support for upgrades, organizational initiatives and acts as a vendor liaison under general supervision. Our team ensures technology components meet the application performance needs and complies with the organizational security strategy of the organization. Our ideal candidate will follow standardized processes and procedures that are derived from working with both technical and non-technical staff within the organization and support, implement and maintenance all security applications owned by Enterprise Business Solutions. Candidates should possess a strong security experience with risk mitigation and compliance. We prefer candidates to have experience with Oracle Cloud or UKG Pro applications but is not required. We want a candidate that possesses a strong security mindset that will assist in identifying security enhancements and resolves day-to-day technical problems for our functional team members. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides support for upgrades, and acts as a vendor liaison for assigned area under general supervision. 
  • Supports the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software. 
  • Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. 
  • Ensures that technology components meet the application performance needs and complies with the organizational strategy of the organization. 
  • Standardizes processes and procedures that are derived from working with other technical and application staff within the organization and monitors and controls the performance of the application.
  • Identifies system enhancements and resolves day-to-day technical problems with the business systems. 
  • Maintains awareness of technical innovations and potential system level improvements.

PREFERRED:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in problem resolution or trouble shooting
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a fast paced work environment
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of working on Information Technology cloud products
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of creating and maintaining documentation
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in performing system audits

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience required.
  • Requires business process understanding; preferable in the health care environment.
  • Requires comprehensive experience in security design tools.
  • Requires demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
