Senior Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance

The Senior Manager, Technology Governance Leader, will manage a team which recommends, develops, implements, and monitors enterprise-wide information security policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Sets departmental and team vision and develop strategies in alignment with overall security sub-division strategy.

This is a newly created role that will help stand up enhancements to our enterprise governance function. 

**This hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Malvern, PA**

In this role you will:

  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew. Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Set performance standards, review performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Lead all aspects of partnerships with IT subdivisions and business units regarding security of application and systems software, equipment, and related capabilities and performance characteristics to evaluate their effectiveness at meeting defined security requirements. Define integration requirement and identify ramifications on IT and business unit operations of their implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of global security policies and standards. Govern and maintains the lifecycle of the portfolio.  This role has oversight of management and decisions related to methodology and policy for all Security functions.
  • Influence key collaborators and security policy owners during policy discussions. Work with clients on all inquiries related to Information and IT Security capabilities, bringing in technical experts as client situations demand. Responsible for review and approval of all RFP responses related to security.
  • Work with Compliance and Regional Security teams to understand global regulatory requirements for security, develop global Security policies and standards, and oversee implementation. Interfaces with external regulators for Information and IT Security.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Security organization's key risk indicators and key performance indicators.
  • Work with Compliance to coordinate interactions, examinations, security responses, appropriate preparations, and consistent messaging with regulators.

What it takes:

Minimum of 8-12+ years related experience including at least 3+ years’ experience in threat analysis. Minimum of 2-5+ experience leading a individual contributors as well as people leaders.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Solid Risk and IT Controls background. 

One or more of CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIA, CPA, or other relevant certifications required as per the role.
