Job Description

  • As Learning Experience Designer you foster the central cybersecurity team in cultivating a robust cybersecurity culture, placing a significant emphasis on training development.
  • You are responsible for the analysis of training needs and respective designs of diverse learning formats, creating cybersecurity content, and implementing target-oriented training programs.
  • Moreover, you drive the continuous development and expansion of the central cybersecurity training portfolio for both product and enterprise IT.
  • Part of your work entails collaborating with and coordinating training initiatives among various cybersecurity stakeholders and the executive level, while taking into account the current threat and economic situation.
  • Lastly, you employ innovative methods to enhance motivation, engagement, and knowledge retention in the training programs.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university degree in information technology, cybersecurity or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: experience in cybersecurity (e.g. working in a cyber defense center); sound knowledge and motivation in the face of the evolving threat situation; experience in project or program management is desirable, as well as experience as a trainer 
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a team player with strong communication skills, who possesses the willingness to stay informed about current threats and cyber security training standards and are able to demonstrate self-initiative, goal-oriented work, and structured approaches
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
