Make an Impact by

• We are currently looking for a strong security engineer with a passion in cyber security. The candidate will build, configure and manage network systems that will be used for cyber-related attack and defence scenarios. The person will also conduct basic penetration testing experience against a variety of computing platforms (different OSes, such as server, desktop, and mobile)
• Ensure optimum network performance by designing networks, troubleshooting network issues and outages, scheduling firmware upgrades and optimizing network routes.
• Maintain, manage and enhance simulation environment of network switches, virtualization servers, desktop endpoints, servers and security solutions.
• Use tools and appliances to create and execute cyber-attacks within the environment as per customers’ requirement or to simulate and test the latest cyber-attack trends.
• Present, train and engage participants that are enrolled with Singtel’s Cyber Security Institute

Skills for Success 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in info security or equivalent work experiences
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in cyber security
• Knowledge of basic cyber forensic concepts, current threat landscape and threat actors’ capabilities to understand how lifecycle of attacks
• Knowledge of core network services (DNS, SNMP, NTP)
• Good understanding of common network technologies including TCP/IP, IPSec, IPv6, VSRP and NAT
• Understanding of web hosting and VPS technologies (specifically AWS EC2, Route53, and domain management)
• Up-to-date understanding of Android and iOS security models and system architectures
• Candidate must be customer-focused and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
