What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (Associate) (f/m/d) ready for a new challenge. You are as customer-focused and passionate as we are about designing great software and having a good time doing it. You are organized, positive, creative, and always focused on the user. You know when to make decisions and when to ask questions. You’re obsessed with detail and love finding new ways to solve users’ problems. Above all, you love to build terrific products. Your responsibilities include to:
 

• Build full-stack products, from pixel-perfect UIs to highly available backend systems. You own your code from ideation to development, through QA and support.
• Contribute to and drive all aspects of the development life cycle, including requirements verification, solution building and alignments with stakeholders, architectural design, implementation, testing to meet quality criteria, and processes to deliver the best solutions to our customers.
• Collaborate across multiple product teams locally and in remote locations. 
• Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives with engineering program management.

 
What you bring
 

• You hold yourself and others to a high standard when working with production systems.
• Experience with building RESTful microservices with Java and Spring Boot.
• You value teamwork and have excellent collaboration skills.
• DevOps mentality with an understanding of continuous delivery and observability. 
• Very good comprehension skills, high-quality commitment, and self-motivating working style. 
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written; German language skills are beneficial.

Tech you bring
 

• Skills in state-of-the-art development frameworks such as Java Spring(-Boot) for backend development and SAP UI5 for frontend development
• Knowledge about information security domains is an advantage. Examples are authentication, authorization, web application security, cryptography…
• Experience in agile development practices (e.g., Scrum) is an advantage as well.
