Exabeam is looking for an entry level Cloud Security Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role and you must be able to come into the office twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our office is located in Foster City. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform configuration reviews for cloud environments, primarily in GCP
• Perform configuration monitoring for cloud environments, primarily running in GCP
• Write automation programs and scripts for security workflow enablement
• Generate, track and report cloud security posture metrics
• Integrate security modules into DevSecOps pipeline
• Develop and maintain documentation for system environments and security operations procedures
• Participate in cloud security certification audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or in IT related domain
• 2 years of experience in in IT, DevOps, SRE or SecOps (alternatively, Master’s degree with industry internship experience in these areas) 
• Good at programming in Python, knowledge of Go is a plus
• Good understanding of cloud concepts in at least one of GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Information security certification such as CISSP is a plus
• Motivated to learn security concepts in cloud, if not already proficient

Base Pay Range: Bay Area Only (Hyrbrid role | required to be in office 2x/week)

$92,000 - $115,000

• Range is reflective of base pay only
• Does not include variable pay
• Base pay is dependent on experience and may vary based on geography
