Company Description

As a DORA Compliance Program Manager, you have a strong focus on risk assessment, regulatory analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and project management. From this crucial role, you will lead the efforts to help our client achieve full compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) by January 17, 2025.

Job Description

DORA Expertise & Risk Analysis:

• You will thoroughly analyze the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
• You will translate these requirements into concrete compliance strategies.
• You will proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• You will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• You will build strong partnerships with external regulatory bodies.
• You will ensure the smooth implementation of DORA compliance initiatives.

Leadership Compliance Projects:

• You will take charge of the entire DORA compliance program.
• You will manage projects from planning to execution.
• You will ensure timely and budgetary delivery.

Communication & Reporting:

• You will provide clear and comprehensive status reports.
• You will provide risk assessments.
• You will provide updates to management, boards of directors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Training & Development:

• You will create training programs.
• You will ensure that all relevant employees understand the DORA requirements.
• You will ensure that all relevant employees understand their role in maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

Extensive Compliance Experience:

• A proven track record of leading regulatory compliance initiatives within the financial sector, ideally with a strong focus on EU regulations.

Excellent Risk Assessment Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and proactively mitigate risks related to regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, senior management, and regulatory bodies.

Project Management Mastery:

• Experience successfully managing complex compliance-focused projects, with a focus on timely and efficient delivery.

Focus on Training & Education:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging educational resources to promote understanding of DORA across the organization.

Desired Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications in risk management, compliance, or project management.
