Job Description

At Sportradar's Information Security Team, which boasts over 30 security experts in 6 global locations, we are excited to announce an opening for a Security Advisory Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Security Advisory, the successful candidate will be a pivotal member of our Advisory function, contributing significantly to our cybersecurity initiatives and global projects.

Qualifications

  • Support in Project Delivery: Assist in the oversight and successful execution of security, engineering and business projects as the Subject Matter Expert.
  • Business Operations Support: Provide expert support for daily business operations, ensuring seamless integration of security practices.
  • Active Participation in Security Audits: Engage in both internal and external security audits, contributing to comprehensive assessments.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the team to achieve goals, under the guidance of the Security Leadership
  • Implementation of Standards: Aid in implementing and upholding security standards, particularly ISO 27001.
  • Compliance with Frameworks: Support adherence to frameworks like the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Risk Management Assistance: Collaborate in managing cybersecurity risks.
  • Conducting Security Assessments: Participate and execute security audits, gap analyses, and various security assessments.
  • Keeping Pace with Trends: Stay updated and informed about the latest threats and trends in information security.
  • Project Management Contribution: Play an integral role in managing various security-related projects.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in information security.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting security audits, gap analyses, and security assessments.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management.
  • Awareness of current threats and trends in information security.
  • Proven skills in contributing to project management.
  • Basic knowledge of secure programming practices.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in automating security processes.
  • Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
  • Background in developing or managing identity management processes.
  • Experience in creating or implementing security policies for O365.
