Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Key Account Team to develop strategic and technical account plans
  • Walk customers and prospects through demos and Proof of Value for Darktrace in their environment
  • Identify new opportunities for upsells by creating and developing strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Collaborate with Customers on Technology reviews, product findings, and integration with other technologies they may have
  • Support responses to RFIs/RFPs
  • Design deployment plans and architectures for customers

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a software sales engineer or technical account manager role; experience in cybersecurity strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and supporting Fortune 500 organizations
  • Experience in consultative selling and POV success criteria definition
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
