About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Development team.  We add value by developing IAM services with the technical capability to comply to Nordea's regulatory and business demands within the IAM area. As the IT Security Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in running our controls to ensure access compliance with internal policies.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Performing security controls, and reviews of accesses to Nordea systems
  • Supporting Application Owners, and Nordea users regarding controls and reviews
  • Following  Agile practises, enhancing the existing controls to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing IAM specific reports, KPIs and KRIs

You’ll join a unique department in Nordea specialising in Identity Access Management controls with colleagues based in Denmark, Sweden, and Poland. The role is based in 3City with the hybrid work environment.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have a strong driving force and good technical skills
  • Possess basic IAM Knowledge in regards to Role Based Access Control System, IAM Controls: SoD, TCP, Cross-App TCP and Approval Rules
  • Preferable have basic IIQ skills (Entitlements, Roles, Requests flow in IIQ)
  • Are able to collaborate and negotiate when working with various Stakeholders within all Nordea
  • Have the understanding of environments, Cloud management, and locally controlled systems in applications

In addition you display:

  • Attention to details
  • A structured and organised way of working with the ability to deliver results with high quality
  • Ability to learn fast and willingness to learn
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and fluent verbal and written English (B2/C1)

Your experience and background:  

  • Previous experience with access management system
  • Knowledge of SoD and Zero Trust domains and methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile and SAF-e environment
