As a Cyber Security Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's assets by overseeing and enforcing Cyber Security principles and mechanisms at both design and implementation phases. This also includes devising effective but pragmatic plans to improve existing deployments.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Security in Projects: Bel has adopted a Security by Design approach for its projects (whether Business, IT, or OT). The Cyber Security Architect identifies and assesses IT Security risks, assists the teams to select the appropriate risk treatment option, and support them to implement the Cyber Security solutions and mechanisms. You will:
   1. Ensure security is embedded in projects in the design phase, including reviewing and challenging Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, and identify potential security risks in vendors’ responses.
   2. Conduct risk analysis and assessments in projects and applications to identify vulnerabilities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
   3. Follow up security implementation along the project lifecycle.

1. Cyber Security Projects: In line with Bel’s culture, the Cyber Security team strives to innovate and to bring value to IT and the Business by both turning security into an enabler and reduce frictions with operations. You will:
   1. Pilot the development of new Cyber Security capabilities.
   2. Lead and manage security projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration of security measures.
   3. Oversee PoC and evaluation of new security solutions.

1. Cyber Security Expertise: Cyber Security industrialization requires up-to-date, clear, actionable, and contextualized standards so that it can both scale and be effective. You will:
   1. Provide expertise and guidance in securing:
      1. IT infrastructure, and cloud environments (Azure, GCP),
      2. Industrial Information Systems and OT infrastructure,
      3. Applications.
   2. Create and maintain security standards and procedures to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
   3. Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends to proactively assess potential risks and recommend security enhancements.

Soft skills:

      • Fluency in English, French is a plus.

      • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
