Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking a Cybersecurity Expert to oversee cybersecurity protocols and requirements for our Integrated System Architecture (ISA) team, in support of our customer at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Working as the ISSO on the program to help us get an authority to operate (ATO) for software integration on the network. Requires interacting with the development and system engineering teams to understand the Integrated Sensors Architecture (ISA) product and define the Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls for eMASS.
  • Review software requirements for cyber compliance.
  • Work with the system engineering team to generate cyber requirements.
  • Review/Scan/Audit assessment results to note false positives and mitigation strategies.
    • Assess cyber impacts of results to generate a prioritized list.
  • Coordinate with the ISA systems administration group for compliance of development assets.
    • Work with team to determine best support architecture and services for development and testing network operations and services.

Required Qualifications

  • CompTIA Security+ or similar Security qualification.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience leading cybersecurity requirements and risk management.
  • Experience managing network security administration preferably in a government or military setting.
  • Experience leading teams of security professionals to support a networked environment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and access management protocols.
  • Must have an active DoD secret or higher level clearance.
  • Must be willing to work on site in secure environments as needed.
