TBIP Intern- Product Security (SUMMER)

As an Intern for Acxiom's Cyber Security, Risk and Compliance organization, you will work closely and collaboratively with organizations for the ongoing development of security projects, programs, and initiatives. Identifies, quantifies, and communicates standard processes as applicable for privacy, risk management, and security ensuring they are included as part of Acxiom’s products, processes, programs, and business initiatives.

Internship details:

• This internship opportunity will begin May 20th, 2024.
• 20 hours/week during the semester work dedication and 40 hours/week during summer and breaks
• Ideally searching for a student who is graduating in May 2025 or December 2025.

What you will do:

• Collaborate and communicate internally and inter-company with teams, and partners as appropriate.
• Develops policy, standards and guidelines for the comprehensive protection of software, ensuring that it remains resilient in the face of cyberattacks and data breaches.
• Engage with various product engineering and development teams for the adoption and adherence to secure practices and standards as defined in security policies.
• Build and maintain documentation.
• General knowledge of Information Technology and Security practices

What you will need:

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to extrapolate information from business partners.
• Savvy working in a technical environment to seek business related problems.
• Proficiency in scripting and modern programming practices
