Cybersecurity Lead

Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently staffing for Cybersecurity Lead

• Develops security designs and processes to conform with technology and environmental conditions (e.g., Federal Law, Intelligence Community (IC), DoD regulations and policies)

•  

  Designs systems security and ensures the software engineers can implement those designs

•  

  Develops and maintains applicable artifacts to support information system requirements

•  

  Support the Authority to Operate (ATO) and meet FISMA obligations by working with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) team and other key stakeholders

•  

  Automating cybersecurity and penetration tests

• Oversee security protocols for computers, computer networks, and databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years experience delivering cybersecurity solutions
• DOD Cyber hardening experience across multistage software builds and enclaves
• Ability to defend cybersecurity requirements and translate those requirements into software design constraints and requirements
• Experience leading cybersecurity and penetration tests
