Job Description

• Operation, policy management, event analysis and reporting of different antimalware solution
• Responsible for maintaining, managing, and administering the antispam environments, including daily monitoring tasks
• Advisory and support services to customer with regards of the above products and their operation
• Proactive threat management in TSI product operation through channeling vendor supplied and product information into TSI knowledge 
• Incident and Change management
• Collaboration with various teams, vendors, and colleagues across the globe
• Preparing and introduction of new releases
• Creating and updating processes

Qualifications

• At least intermediate English language skills. (German is an advantage.)
• Basic understanding of different mailing systems
• Basic understanding of network design, infrastructure, and components
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach and precision
• Quick understanding of complex problems
• Familiar with ITIL processes
• Team player attitude
