Product owner B2B & CIAM

Job Description

As the B2B-CIAM (Partners, Customers and Consumers) Product Owner, your mission is to build a single starting point that provides a seamless digital experience within the Philips landscape. You are working with stakeholders to understand their needs and driving and coordinating the capabilities and product backlog. As the product owner you are the domain specialist and go-to person for B2B & CIAM  topics.

 In this role you will report to the director of Identity & Access Management and will serve as a primary liaison between the Group Security and business or IT stakeholders.  You will develop and implement the roadmap of B2B& CIAM product and have the authority and accountability for product decisions on a day-to-day basis to improve the security and user experience. You identify opportunities and support initiatives focused on standardization and manage risk.  

In your role you will:

  • Ensure that our IAM vision & strategy is implemented by assisting with development of the Customer identity and access management capability roadmap.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert identify relevant new trends and techniques to extend current capabilities and design the product.
  • As a Solution Architect identify maturity gaps and define solution architecture for self service & delegated identity administration, Federation/SSO to enterprise and product applications.
  • Develop and update policies, standards, baselines and support BPE with design of processes and procedures.
  • Improve security services by working with architects, SME’s and Service Delivery Manager to better meet stakeholder needs.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations of initiatives, define user stories and acceptance criteria, create and implement product backlog.
  • Ensure that capabilities are implemented according to approved designs, policies, processes and architecture principles.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 5 years previous experience and knowledge within the domain of B2B & Customer IAM on best practices, technologies & industry standards.
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required; Master or other advanced degree highly desired.
  • Previous experience working within a large multinational company deploying B2B & Customer IAM capabilities.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1).
  • Excellent team player who is strong in: communication, persuasion, presentation, critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery
  • Ability to drive change and to manage the work of 3rd parties that have been contracted to deliver information security capabilities.
