What are we looking for:

SentinelOne seeks a Senior Solution Architect to help us expand strategically with our Technology and Cloud Service Provider Partners Globally. You will act as the technical liaison between our technology partners and us, playing both a technical evangelist and a domain expert role in technical validation, enablement, and engagements with our technology partners. This role requires someone who can be hands-on with technical expertise yet can drive business-level discussions.


The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced solution architect, partner engineer, or sales engineer who can develop integrations with our technology partners and take these solutions to market by supporting the subsequent GTM activities. You will be a jack of all trades: an architect,  developer, technical presenter, writer of technical documentation, and tech support. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the SentinelOne platform and the stack it is built on. You will have a customer-focused go-getter attitude and work with product, product marketing, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver amazing technology partner integrations. You will understand joint customer workflows, propose integration architectures, and drive technical implementation.

As the voice of SentinelOne, you will have the opportunity to participate in partner and industry events and contribute content to promote thought leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research technology partners’ APIs and technical documentation to determine integration opportunities.
  • Develop use cases based on understanding a partner’s technology, SentinelOne’s technology, and customer needs.
  • Architect and Develop integrations with technology partners using SentinelOne best practices.
  • Architect and Build scalable technical validation process for partner-built integrations
  • Gather, track, and translate partner feedback and help influence and inform the SentinelOne product roadmap related to the Technology partner use case.
  • Present to technical and executive leadership; provide periodic product review sessions to strengthen the skills of our partners
  • Set up and manage the SentinelOne NFR process.
  • Work cross-functionally with Technology Alliances, CSP Alliances, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering, and other internal organizations across SentinelOne regularly.
  • You will coordinate and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for joint integrations developed through the tech alliance program.
  • You will collaborate with Product Management on Tier 1 integrations for product launches.

Additional Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a cloud sales engineer, SIEM sales engineer, cybersecurity consultant, solution architect, or partner engineer role, preferably at a startup.
  • Deep cloud service provider knowledge (AWS, GCP) and hands-on experience are required. Bonus for cloud experience and certification with any of the three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Possess deep expertise in Security Operations workflows, with a thorough understanding of SOC Analyst, Security Engineer, Incident Responder, Threat Hunter, and DFIR Consultant personas and their daily needs.
  • Possesses domain knowledge in developing SIEM integrations, including understanding workflows related to data ingestion, correlation rules, and alert management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to provide technical guidance to audiences of varying technical abilities, including executives, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience with Software Vendors and working with Business Development to build strong partner relationships.
  • Experience with modern programming languages, including one or more programming skills in Java, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, and JavaScript 
  • Experience in Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with IaC, preferably Terraform and CloudFormation, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the DevOps, DevSecOps, and/or Cloud Security areas is highly preferred.
  • Technical ability to understand the software and recognize areas of product integration, discuss product roadmaps, and engage with product managers.
  • Domain knowledge and experience in one or more incident response, threat detection, security analytics, network security, and API security are strong pluses but are not required.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science with a computer science background.

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.
