Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager/Director of Sales Operations is a critical member of Anomali's Global Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team. This strategic role focuses on coordinating all sales operations activities. The position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, team leadership, and analytics to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilitieso · Help build out the deal desk program that enables contract velocity and deal structure guidance to help our global sales team drive revenue.o · Contribute across the full gamut of deal desk topics, as well as gain exposure to broader sales strategy and operational areas.o · Build and evolve scalable processes and tools for managing our global deal desk programs.o · Act as the trusted sales guide to execute complex deal structures and terms, think critically and proactively to identify improved processes and approacheso · Synthesize information from multiple sources to drive deal execution across all sales verticals and regions.
Required Skills/Experienceo · 5 plus years of experience in a deal desk strategy or related sales operations or order management functions.o · Prior experience driving complex, cross-functional contract execution across sales, legal, and finance in a SaaS product company.o · Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills.o · Ability to analyze and recommend licensing structures and contract terms.o · Prior experience with Salesforce and quote to contract tools and process.o · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.o - This is a hybrid position at our Redwood City, CA location. Compensation Transparency$160,000 - $170,000 USD Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for benefits, bonus and equity.
