Job Description:

Summary:

Epiq is seeking a qualified and motivated leader to join our Cyber Incident Response business as Manager, Data Analysis & Notification. This remote role will supervise, manage, mentor, and lead a team of full time and contract employees who perform Data Analysis on Cyber Incident Response matters. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality & consistency of our notification lists & client requests, including management of the process & technology used to deliver products to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, manage, and lead a team of Cyber Incident Response data analysts.
• Ensure that the Data Analysts & Notifications team is appropriately always staffed for current business requirements.
• Work closely & build a successful partnership with onshore counterparts.
• Serve as a point of escalation for quality, consistency, or timeliness issues.
• Build & continuously improve Epiq’s data analysis processes & technology.
• Provide mentorship and continuous personal development to high-performing team members.
• Implement new software (including AI & machine learning tools) as defined by leadership.
• Complete other special transformative projects as defined by leadership.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
   

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery Document Review, Cyber Incident Response Review, or Cyber Incident Response Data Analysis
• Candidates must have extensive experience in leading, managing, and supervising a large and fluctuating team of professionals.
• Candidates must have experience hiring full time and contract employees.
• Candidates must be technically proficient with industry standard review software, such as Relativity.
• Candidates must have mastery with Microsoft Excel, including macros & very advanced formulas.
• Candidates must have experience performing programmatic data analysis & data manipulation.
• Candidates must be able to foster a positive & professional working environment.
• Ideal candidates will have experience mentoring employees.
• Ideal candidates will be industrious and prepared to take the initiative to support a growing business.
• Ideal candidates will have experience with other industry specific tools, such as Canopy.
• Ideal candidates will have software development & scripting skills, such as Python or VBA
• Ideal candidates will have a deep interest in investigating & applying new technology.
