Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Senior Red Team Security Engineer. This is a Hybrid position (the candidate must be located within a close proximity to North Charleston, SC). The candidate must have an active secret clearance and eligibility to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

 

The Senior Red Team Security Engineer will:

  • Conduct multiple penetration tests of global customer networks.
  • Oversee rapid development of domain or problem-specific tools that leverage identified vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct research on the latest exploitation techniques, threats, design, and configuration of representative test environments. 
  • Support various training events, conferences, exercises, and demonstrations to ensure continued compliance with team member certification requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise with network protocol analyzers and sniffers.
  • Manage penetration test engagements from cradle to grave.

Qualifications

  • An active Secret clearance. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience within Cyber Security and 1-2 years with pen testing.
  • CISSP or CASP CE+ certification or willing to obtain within 6 months.
  • Desired certifications: OSCP, OSWP, or OSEP.
  • Specialized experience in Red Teaming, Computer Network Attacks (CNA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Computer Network Defense (CND), and/or penetration testing.
  • Ability to develop tools and scripts independently and rapidly from concept to production using multiple programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby or Node.js.
  • Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and Red Team C2 infrastructure. 

Business Development

  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

  • Less than 10% travel required.
