Communications Security and Electronic Warfare Program Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Communications Security and Electronic Warfare Program Analyst, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a member of our team, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, and expertise to work on projects for the US Navy. You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems to support the client's mission. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to service and joint missions. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems in support of national security.

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience in Shipboard, Airborne, Ground or Sub-Surface communications

  • 5+ years of experience with COMSEC and Electronic Warfare

  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Security Cooperation (SC) and defense industry partner’s best practices and procedures

  • Experience working in service headquarters or with senior government officials

  • Experience with Information and Cryptographic Operations

  • Experience with Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) to support U.S. Navy managed security cooperation cases in development

  • Knowledge of unclassified and classified networks

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with working across Defense and interagency partners to inform and support policy analysis decisions

  • Knowledge of DoD Tactical Data Links (TDLs), Global Positioning System (GPS) and all associated ancillary equipment in support of FMS customer requirements and sales

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
