  • Act as primary source of advice for Xerox equipment and solution related security issues and improvement opportunities
  • Provide analytics and reporting to internal and external customers
  • Manages and coordinates resolution of security incidents and problems from identification through implementation of remedies and root cause analysis
  • Perform RCA and remediation for identified security vulnerabilities within the Xerox scope of services
  • Monitor and manage Xerox remote monitoring and management tools
  • Monitor and manage Xerox printer firmware and working through change management processes
  • Use Xerox tools to remotely manage printer firmware
  • Use Xerox tools for device configuration management activities
  • Support the asset management activities with a focus on asset database accuracy
  • Analyzes incidents and problems to identify trends and potential problem areas so that actions can be taken to minimize the occurrence of incidents and to improve the processes to drive sustainable operational improvements
  • Manage and perform asset configuration testing in a small dedicated test lab



Candidate Education: 




    Required Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Information Systems, or related field

Professional Certifications:

  • Required CompTIA Security+
  • Highly preferred ITIL V3 Foundation
  • Highly preferred Security Certifications such as CiSSP, SANS, GSEC, Network+, A+, Server+, Printer configuration

    Has an analytic and systematic approach to problem solving



    Very detail oriented



    Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills



    Process focused and quality driven



    Has experience in large technology implementations



    Has moderate experience working with data systems, databases, routing and switching and virtual networks



    Takes initiative in tasks and projects



    Has a good technical understanding and the aptitude to remain up to date on relevant technologies and business methodologies



    Positive attitude and adaptability to changing environment
