Job Description

What you get to do in this role:   

  • Support the Sales and Solution consultants’ teams taking cloud to customers in the region.
  • Respond to prospect and customer questions related to security.
  • Present and evangelize on cloud adoption & assurance.
  • Contribute to the overall messaging and positioning of the Security Office
  • Ensure the ServiceNow Customer Outcomes (implementation) team is supported.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end customer cloud security experience.
  • Active participation in Security Industry forums, communities, and standards organisations
  • Participation in discussions & presentations with Partners and Customers
  • Investigate and understand cloud threats
  • Lead security conversations
  • Escalation points for Security Incidents & investigations
  • Propose & develop structural/design changes to advance the security posture of ServiceNow
  • Work with Legal on security/privacy-related matters, including contracts.
  • Work with a wide range of customers, government, small and large enterprises & financial services.
  • Partner with ServiceNow's Sales/Solution consulting/Partner ecosystem as a security consultant and expert on cloud security.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Understanding of Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Operations and Cloud Computing.
  • Desired Industry Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Internet security protocols and technologies.
  • Azure / AWS / GCP experience.
  • Understanding of Threat analysis and enterprise cyber defense techniques.
  • Encryption, WAF, Pen testing, Access control, SSO, API Security.
  • Understanding of industry-standard cloud provider certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 31000, SOC, amongst others.
  • Ability to understand risk and risk mitigation strategies and communicate those with a varied audience.
  • Understanding of the sales lifecycle.
  • Prior RFP/RPI and Contract review experience is a plus.
  • Able to serve as an authoritative source on security.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent collaborator and teammate; ability to foster and learn from coworkers and other teams.
  • Self-motivated and driven ability to perform and excel with little supervision.
  • Work as part of a larger APAC group and global team.
