As a Security Engineer, Testing, you'll be working as part of the Security Engineering team to help us continue to raise the bar for security in our server and client applications. This includes enhancing the security of our existing applications and assisting with the design and build of new features.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working on a remote team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong passion for Privacy and Security
  • At least three years of experience performing penetration tests on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications
  • At least one year of experience performing secure code reviews, we use Go, Rust, and Typescript

What you can expect:

  • Perform penetration tests and code reviews of our client and server applications
  • Work with third-party testing companies to prepare for tests
  • Manage our bug bounty program
  • Assist in preparing CVEs, support documents, and press releases for vulnerabilities
  • Help to develop security training material for developers
  • Develop specialized security tools for internal use
  • This position may require occasional work on nights or weekends in the event a significant security issue is discovered
