Inside Sales Representative; Cyber Security Unicorn

The Inside Sales Representative for Dragos will focus on finding, developing, and closing New Business opportunities. This is a combination of net new prospects and upsell/cross-sell to existing accounts, working closely with Senior Account Managers to effectively manage customer relationships and business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated, outcome-driven, team player, with a proven track record of managing and closing a pipeline of opportunities and forecasting accurately. An excellent qualification, prioritization, organization, and focus are essential in this role. You'll work with your Senior Account Managers across the full sales process from developing a lead to closing the deal. You will be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone and in person with a range of decision-makers. You will be relentless in understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers. You must be technically proficient and able to communicate the value of Dragos to both technical and business leaders. You'll be the type of person who thrives in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business to business sales of Dragos software licensing, appliances, and services
• Support Account Executives in the field with any day to day business needs
• Interact and engage with internal sales resources
• Utilize Salesforce to document all notes and capture all critical information.
• Understand clients' core needs and challenges and guide solutions through education and communication of our portfolio of service offerings.

Requirements

• 1+ years of inside sales experience within technology ( Software, Infrastructure, Cyber Security)
• Track record of consistent achievement against quota targets
• Demonstrated history of establishing strong relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills including demonstrating the software and its architecture
• Start-up experience is preferred
• Cybersecurity background is preferred
• ICS experience is a plus
• A technical background is a bonus

Compensation

• Compensation consists of competitive salary, comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, life insurance), and a generous initial Equity Grant as well as additional annual equity grants and potential performance bonus equity. (Equity is growing fast and significant).
