About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst. In this role, you will be an integral player within the CTI team based in Singapore. Focusing heavily on to reduce the effectiveness of cyber threat, you will monitor the surface, deep, darkweb, listen to your intelligence sharing circles. The folks in the Red Team & Blue Team will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will directly influence the cyber security within GoTo Financial

What Will You Do

• Monitor the surface, deep, darkweb, listen to your intelligence sharing circles
• Analyze through understanding of the internal landscape assess the (predicted threat)
• Report and communicate timely, simply and effectively the threat and key recommendations

What Will You Need

• Strong technical foundation in IT, Networking or Cyber Security (bachelor degree or higher)
• At least 5 years of working experience preferred (strong mid-level or a senior in cyber security)
• Extensive working experience in the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) field is preferred, candidates from the following affiliated fields are alternatively also preferred: SOC, Penetration Testing or DFIR
• Working experience with one or multiple categories of tools (open source or commercial): Link Analysis Tools, Threat Modeling Tools, (Threat) Feed Aggregators, Threat Intelligence Platforms, Digital Risk Protection platforms, Malware Sandboxes, SOAR, SIEM or EDR.
• Knowledge of CTI Standards, Threat Modeling, Key models, General Threat Actors, Regional Threat Actors
• Understanding and ability to clearly make distinctions between risk, threats, probabilities, business impact and controls
• Ability to read a CMDB and understand the complete internal landscape
• Ability to think on an Operational, Tactical and ideally on a Strategic analytical level in regards to writing a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) report
• Ability to write reports for C-Level Readers that focuses on business impact

The Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Team’s Mission: To support GoTo’s business and security functions decision making, to help reduce the effectiveness of cyber threats before they attack or while they are attacking.
CTI Analysts are like the CIA of the organization, they hear, know and see everything. They are instrumental in strategic decision making on the cyber battlefield. With their razor-sharp analysis they can make a game-changing impact in terms of ensuring the cyber security of GoTo’s employees and customers.
