Cyber Security Lead Instructor

Evolve Security is seeking a Lead Instructor to join our team. This person will prepare and delivery cyber security training in both the bootcamp and corporate environments. This person will train the trainers, as well as lead and manage a pool of external instructors. We are looking for someone who has passion for teaching and cyber security.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a teaching schedule that may comprise of day and/or night and weekend classes.
• Prepare and deliver cyber training that facilitates student engagement and successful achievement of learning outcomes
• Handle escalated student concerns and complaints (technical and non-technical)

• Lead and manage the pool of instructors providing an organized, focused training experience

• Create initial and continual training of Instructors and Teaching Assistants to ensure they are adequately prepared to teach and coach students to success
• Help Instructors to provide coaching to struggling students

• Provide training to the Advisory, Talent Acquisition, Sales and Admissions teams in CyberLAB enhancements and new courses.

• Support the Admissions and Sales teams with student and client inquiries, including demos
• Encourage and monitor the progress of students.
• Manage student behavior by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Support the curriculum growth and learning experience by enhancing and building course content, labs and training structure based on feedback and industry demand

• Cultivate a team culture by sharing excitement and passion for Cybersecurity and changing student lives

Requirements

• 4 or more years of information security experience
• Technical Certification of some kind such as OSCP, CISSP, CEH, CCNA are nice to have
• 1 or more years of experience cybersecurity instruction
