We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Recruiter that can thrive and produce at a high volume while creating solid partnerships with your internal and external teams to achieve our hiring goals. As part of the Sales Recruitment team you will focus hiring Sales Executive, Solution Architects, and Sales Operations positions quickly, efficiently with hyper focus on the candidate experience. You will support recruitment efforts for the US, Canada, Australia, UK, KSA, EAU as well as new markets we will open in 2022.

Location: Remote US

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment strategy to support the growth of our Sales team globally.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires
  • Focus on building a diverse and qualified workforce to support the organization
  • Participate in events that will develop Dragos’s employment brand
  • Ensure data integrity through thorough and complete documentation in our ATS
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert that team members seek out for advice and support
  • Have fun, build great teams and make yourself a valued and respected member of the teams you support

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization
  • Recruiting for SaaS Sales, Sales Engineers and Sales Operations.
  • Supporting hiring managers, from providing feedback to coaching
  • Direct sourcing to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent
  • Knowledge of benefits, compensation, and legal requirements for US

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $95,000
  • Base + Benefits + Equity = $145,000
  • Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
  • Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
