Who You Are

You are a coordinator of privacy, security, and compliance initiatives who has worked in one or more of the following areas:

  • SaaS Sales Enablement
  • Third-Party Risk
  • Audit
  • Cloud Security
  • Data Privacy
  • Data Governance

You are able to understand complex SaaS environments, as well as privacy and security frameworks. You are a strong partner to your co-workers who helps to ensure efficient processes and positive outcomes. You have a passion for staying current on the latest trends and advancements in privacy, security, and compliance.

What You Will Do

You will assist with coordinating programs, projects, and tasks to meet privacy and security-related customer, regulatory/compliance, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization by assisting with privacy and security questionnaires
  • Help conduct vendor and partner risk assessments
  • Help manage the collection of evidence for privacy and security audits
  • Monitor compliance with privacy and security controls
  • Conduct access reviews/recertifications
  • Maintain privacy, security, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with privacy, security, and compliance training programs
  • Help manage Dataminr’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software solution

Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 1 year of experience working in privacy, security, and/or compliance
  • Basic understanding of security and privacy frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and functions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and multi-task
  • Experience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance software
