Unqork is a new way to build enterprise software: it's a purely visual, drag-and-drop no-code platform designed to support the scale, complexity and security that enterprise applications require. Our customers are leaders in insurance, financial services, healthcare and the public sector, and they use Unqork to build custom software faster, with higher quality and at lower costs than code-based approaches. Founded in 2017, Unqork reached unicorn status in 2020, with a valuation of $2B. Unqork has been named one of the Best Startup Employers by Forbes, Best Places to Work by Built In and one of LinkedIn's Top Startups.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive all aspects of Unqork's enterprise security automation framework--from architecture and design, to development and implementation.
  • Operationalize and evolve a "zero trust" security architecture that spans each layer of Unqork's technology stack.
  • Partner with the CISO and Security Leadership Team to architect, build, and automate security capabilities that scale and integrate seamlessly into Unqork's current and future technology stack
  • Leverage code and no-code strategies to modernize how security engineering is delivered at Unqork and for its customers.
  • Be creative, always thinking about--and delivering--new ways to systematize security, enhance user productivity, and deliver better than expected security for our customers.
  • Partner with other engineers and developers across Security and Technology to scale integrations for the benefit of the larger organization, our customers, and the industry.
  • Consider UI/UX in all security development work to enhance adoption and use for appropriate personas/use cases.

Qualifications:

  • We value experience, skills, drive, aptitude, and attitude over university degrees and certifications.
  • Experience coding in NodeJS and Python preferred.
  • Experience working with APIs to integrate and automate disparate systems.
  • Understanding of security threats, code vulnerabilities, and how to build securely.
  • Strong desire to operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Student loan payback program
  • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision options available to you and your dependents
