Job Summary
The Security Operations Analyst will work closely with our Trust & Assurance, Engineering, and IT Operations teams to instill a culture of security and to ensure that our computing environments adhere to industry best practices as well as our internal policies. The successful candidate will work independently to triage alerts generated by our network security, endpoint security, and SIEM platforms – collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders as needed to evaluate potential risks to the organization and to remediate security incidents. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-Own and manage the Security Operations program at Treasure Data-Assist in measuring the success of the Security Operations program-Manage vendor relationships with SIEM and SOC tools-Triage alerts generated by various security tools -Assist end users in identifying email phishing attempts -Collaborate with IT Operations team on process improvement opportunities -Work closely with end-users and management on security practices -Develop runbooks for IR scenarios and documenting operational best practices -Ensure compliance with policies and procedures -Maintain up to date knowledge of changes in the industry as it relates to security -Other security-related projects that may be assigned according to skills 
Experience-Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience in the field of Cybersecurity highly preferred. -Possess current security certifications (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, CEH) or be willing to obtain within 1 year of assignment. 
Minimum Qualifications-3-5 years of relevant work experience in a network engineering/systems engineering/cybersecurity role.Skills/Knowledge-Experience with network or endpoint security tools -Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems -Familiarity with NIST or ISO frameworks -Understanding and familiarity of OSI model -Experience with high level programming languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, .NET (C#, VB)) -Experience with web application development (e.g., Java, Ruby, Python) -Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies -Strong documentation and communications skills -Familiarity with secure coding and SDLC processes a plus
Work Environment/Physical Demands-While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday-This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their workday-This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.-The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates-This position may require the ability to work a varied schedule
