As Manager, Threat, Asset, and Vulnerability Management, you will ensure that our Threat, Asset, and Vulnerability Management (TAVM) program and practices provides comprehensive and up to date information about our assets to enable discovery, categorization, vulnerability collection assessment, triage, patching, and response capabilities across Plastiq - flawlessly.  One will build meaningful relationships with teams and management in many departments to drive solutions, implementation, execution, metrics, and sustainability of objectives that allow security operations to continuously improve our ability to protect and respond to vulnerabilities and threats to our global footprint.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop vision, roadmaps and plans with management to expand the threat, asset, vulnerability management program and practices to cloud native architectures and corporate fleets
  • Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with PM, IT, Technology and Engineering peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans, practices and objectives  
  • Strive to continuously improve current threat, vulnerability and asset management assessment coverage depth, quality and capabilities through new tools, services or processes
  • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a quality product on time
  • Produce metrics and reporting on the state of system security, actors, threats, vulnerabilities, and patch management
  • Monitor Remediation Activities
  • Manage tracking and remediation of vulnerabilities by leveraging agreed-upon action plans and timelines with responsible business and technical owners
  • Assist in maintaining TVM tools / platforms
  • Maintain knowledge of the threat landscape

Your Minimum Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Threat Management, and / or Vulnerability Management
  • Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the audit cycle and handling sensitive customer escalations
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming requirements into an actionable roadmap
  • Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment
  • Track record of successfully building alliances with teams 

Your Nice to Have Experience

  • Previous Infrastructure and Security experience
  • Expertise in public cloud services and/or cloud native architectures
  • Prior experience with security and compliance frameworks
  • Thorough understanding of infrastructure lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile or similar methodologies
  • Understanding of secure software development lifecycle from coding to maintenance
