Security Engineer (Vulnerability Management) - Graduate Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity in our Edinburgh office for an IT or Cyber Security graduate to join Adarma as a Security Engineer to specialise in Vulnerability Management in a position will be pivotal in supporting our Security Operation Centre (SOC). This Security Engineer will develop an understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle, ways of articulating vulnerabilities to technical and non-technical audiences and configure and run scanning platforms whilst developing specific product knowledge of appropriate tools such as Tenable.


This role can be based in either our London or Edinburgh office.


We’re looking to train the right person for this role so this is an exciting opportunity for someone to take their first steps into the cyber security company as training will be provided.

Requirements

  • A degree in either Cyber Security or the equivalent level of experience
  • A real interest in vulnerability management
  • Ideally, knowledge around how to best identify vulnerabilities and effectively manage them
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
