The Global Security Operations Center Analyst is part of the Professional Services team at Everbridge. The Analyst contributes as part of a 24/7, 365 team to provide intelligence and operational support to their assigned account. The Global Security Operations Center Analyst will be responsible for monitoring open-source media, proprietary Everbridge software, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real-time to detect and evaluate threats to personnel, facilities, supply chain, and technology.
Requirement: 6am to 2pm  OR 1pm to 9pm shift

What you'll do;

  • Provide intelligence support to clients based on custom requirements.
  • Actively monitor open-source media, proprietary Everbridge software, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for events that could affect business operations and personnel.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity plans
  • Triage life-safety-related calls and implements client response SOPs.
  • Open Source Intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to decision-makers.
  • Support the production of travel security briefs, threat assessments, and other intelligence products.
  • Support daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring the reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria.
  • Deliver oral and written threat briefings to members of the Client’s security team or business leadership teams.
  • Develop and deliver training on subjects such as active shooter and workplace violence response, hurricane preparedness, and traveler safety and security.
  • Monitor social media for reputational, brand, and event-related threats

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in intelligence analysis, global security, business continuity, incident response or a related field required.
  • Foreign travel experience and knowledge required.
  • Experience with business continuity planning required.
  • Experience with Everbridge software and tools strongly preferred
  • Foreign language knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of intelligence collection and analysis.
  • Very strong writing and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps

  • Correctly identify changes in the security environment and proactively communicate threats to key stakeholders and employees.
  • Provide analytical support to security investigations.
  • Author quality reports – both standard deliverables and on-demand custom requests.
  • Adhere to timelines and deadlines.
  • Write succinctly with beneficial analysis.
  • Access information through in-depth research.
  • Ability to deal with large volumes of information.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and
  • Support the organization through:
  • Enhanced trip briefings
  • Meeting and events assessments
  • Expatriate briefings
  • Business Continuity planning
  • Quarterly country rating updates and customization
  • Ongoing work, to include, at a minimum:
  • Threat assessment and research
  • Social media monitoring
  • Investigations support
  • Others as required
  • Regular operational work, including:
  • Weekly Security & Intel meetings
  • Department meetings
  • Collaboration meetings
  • Basic research and reading around information and intel
  • Others as developed or required
