Cybersecurity Lead - Germany

The Cyber Security Lead is responsible for strengthening OBRELA SECURITY INDUSTRIES’ capability to develop, promote and deliver solutions that effectively meet Customer’s expectations. The CSL’S job will be to ensure we are keeping our promise by fulfilling expectations set during the sale cycle, managing the customer experience, delivering customer value and ensuring strategic alignment from a business and technical standpoint. S/he will also liaise and coordinate with the internal sales and delivery teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the service and value delivery process seeking out areas of improvement and remediation. The role requires a deep knowledge of the cybersecurity developments, company’s services and positioning and an understanding of the client's needs

Responsibilities:

• Manage and further develop the relationships with a portfolio of known to OSI accounts in order to identify their current and future cybersecurity needs and expand the scope and depth of OSI services.

• Generate new business using existing or potential customer networks (through referrals, cold-calling, emails, conferences etc.) in order to meet accounts and sales targets.

• Identifies, establishes, and builds relationships with key customer stakeholders within the customer environment, with an emphasis on demonstrating OSI’s value to the client Business C-Level executives and the security organization.

• Monitor the progress of projects currently running with existing clients through both on site regular meetings and conference calls and related Project Management activities.

• Supports the work delivery of projects mostly in Governance (cybersecurity programs, ISMS frameworks, Risk assessments, Training, and awareness, business continuity etc.), Risk (conducting assessments against well-known cybersecurity frameworks and following well knowing methodologies) and compliance (assess, design, and implement regulatory frameworks) in coordination with Central Teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Consulting, preferably in an international environment with proven experience in a customer facing project roles

• BA in the field of Information Technology or Computer Engineering

• MSc in Information Security is desirable

• Security Certifications (i.e. CISSP, OT or Cloud related) are highly valued

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

• Ability to prioritize, organize a complex workload and work well under pressure.
