Job Summary

Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities and reporting vulnerabilities and quantified risks to leadership and peer organization. This position is expected to support and mature the vulnerability management and assessment service through the inclusion of additional HCSC technologies, applications, and vendors.

Required Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years IT security experience OR 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the followings: application security, DevOps, Agile, Penetration testing, secure development tools, Stakeholder management.
• Understanding of security vulnerabilities in application systems (OWASP,CVE, CWE).
• Verbal communications skills and concise written communication skills.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s OR master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• CISSP or equivalent certificate
