BEUMER Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Trainee / Global Graduate (m/f/d) in Cyber Security. The 24-month International Graduate Program at BEUMER Group offers university graduates a unique combination of further development including exciting stations abroad. At least two stations abroad will take place in our group companies, where you will gain professional experience as well as building your network within the BEUMER Group. In addition, you will be supported by a mentor during the program.

Stellenbeschreibung

As a Trainee (m/f/d) in Cyber Security the following tasks belong to your field of responsibilty:

• After intensive onboarding, you will contribute to the implementation and enhancement of our cyber and information security strategy, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets
• You will have several stations (incl. international stations) inside the company where you will get to know different business areas of BEUMER Group
• You will work on customer-facing services in the realm of cyber security, addressing real-world challenges and provide innovative solutions
• You will develop cutting-edge concepts and lead implementation initiatives to fortify our cyber security posture, ensuring our systems are resilient and secure

Qualifikationen

• You have successfully completed a master's degree in computer science, (business) information systems, electrical engineering or a related field.
• You have relevant working experience in the field of cyber and information security e.g. through internships
• You have the willingness to take leadership and have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• You can easily adapt and are willing to work in multiple international locations
• You are characterized by your organizational talent, your strong communication skills and your ability to work in a team
• You speak English fluently, knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are willing to travel internationally sometimes (approx. 10%)
