Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Cybersecurity Services provides comprehensive solutions that enable organizations to deploy mission critical systems that are resilient to cyber attacks. This position is with the ActiveEye team that builds and operates an advanced security management platform to deliver Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Attack Surface Management capabilities. The solution includes a globally deployed advanced technology platform and several 24x7x365 Security Operations Centers located around the world. The product development team is a fast paced group leveraging modern tools to rapidly deploy new functionality in the SaaS platform.

Job Description

As a lead Product Manager, develop and execute a strategy and roadmap for a product line in the ActiveEye Cybersecurity portfolio that supports the Cybersecurity vision. Validate and develop ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and stakeholders. Must possess a blend of business and technical skills. Must enjoy spending time in the market to understand the customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to collect product feedback that drives roadmap

• Define product requirements with collaboration from Development team

• Prioritize and guide agile development and/or integration testing with well groomed requirements

• Enable product marketing with content to create sales materials

• Align all stakeholders across development, sales, marketing, delivery

• Track and report on key product performance and adoption metrics

• Deliver webinars to educate customers on service value proposition

Desired Knowledge / Skills

• Cybersecurity domain knowledge, especially with network threat detection, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

• Enterprise security architecture

• Public Safety domain knowledge, especially with 911 and CAD systems

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong communication skills to inform and collect feedback from customers

• Strong project management skills to organize stakeholders

• Comfortable presenting to executive teams and at industry conferences

• Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
